What data I collect

When you choose a plan, the form asks for:

• Name, age, email and phone number.
• Your gym experience, your main goal and how you found me.
• Optionally: injuries or health conditions, and anything else you'd like to add.

Health information

Information about injuries or health conditions is optional and sensitive. Share it only if you want me to take it into account when designing your routine, and keep it to what is necessary. I use it only for that purpose.

What I use it for

I use your data only for the following, and I do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising:

• Contacting you about the plan you are interested in.
• Scheduling and holding the initial call.
• Preparing a training proposal tailored to you.

How your data travels

When you finish the form, you choose how to continue:

• Via WhatsApp: a conversation opens with a message that includes your details. WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own policies.
• By booking a call: the booking is made on Cal.com, a third-party calendar service with its own policies, and includes your details so they show up in the appointment.

Storage and retention

For now, this site does not store what you type in the form in its own database: the information reaches me through the channel you choose. I keep your contact details only as long as needed to assist you, and I delete them when you ask. If this changes in the future, I will update this policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies or its own analytics tools. Like any website, the hosting service may log basic technical data (such as the IP address) for security and operational reasons.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show, correct or delete the data you gave me, or to stop contacting you. Write to me through any of the means below.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I will change the date shown above.
